Education

Rolita has completed 1000 hours in training to receive her Holistic Health Practitioner Certification from MiraCosta Community College. She also received her Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts with emphasis in Applied Health, Nutrition, & Kinesiology from MiraCosta Community College

Experience

Rolita has gathered a lot of her experience working alongside Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Rehab Specialists and Medical Doctors within a medical setting that focused in trigger point therapy and active release techniques including myofascial release to expedite the healing process of patients coming from car accidents, sports injuries, work injuries, other strain injuries, and postoperative cases. She has also been trained in the Spa setting with a more relaxing, soothing setting that included medi-cupping, stress and tension reduction, and many other therapeutic modalities to enhance the overall massage experience.
